Refund Policy

1. The nature of crypto payments
All deposits to iIndexer are made in USDT over public blockchains (TRON/BNB Smart Chain). Once a blockchain transaction has enough confirmations, it is irreversible. Because of this, iIndexer cannot "send back" USDT the way a traditional card or bank refund works - every "refund" in our system takes the form of balance credit so you can keep using the service, not a transfer back to your wallet.
2. When balance is refunded automatically
- A submitted link fails (task Failed): the amount charged for that link is refunded to your balance automatically as soon as the system determines the task has failed - no request needed, logged clearly in your transaction history as a "Refund."
3. When to contact support for manual review
The following cases are NOT handled automatically - please contact support with your transaction hash:
- You sent funds but the decimal amount didn't match the one shown on your payment request.
- You sent the correct amount but the request had already expired and didn't auto-verify through your dashboard.
- You sent funds on the wrong network (e.g. a different network than the one your request specified).
These cases are reviewed manually, may take time to resolve, and are not guaranteed to be recoverable - especially if sent on a network iIndexer doesn't support at all.
4. Unused balance
Unused balance in your account is not withdrawable or convertible back to cryptocurrency. It remains available as credit for future submissions on the platform. If you close your account, any remaining balance is forfeited unless otherwise required by law.
5. Contact
For any reconciliation or refund request, contact [email protected] with your account email and the relevant transaction hash.
