1. Data we collect
- Account information: email address, password (stored hashed, never in plain text).
- Transaction data: deposit history, balance, and charge/refund history.
- URLs you submit for indexing: stored to track processing status (Pending/Submitted/Processing/Done/Failed).
- API keys: only a hash plus a short prefix are stored for identification - we never store the real key value.
2. How we use your data
- Operating your account, processing payments, and submitting your URLs for indexing.
- Sending operational emails (account verification, password resets) - no marketing email unless you opt in.
- Fraud detection (e.g. preventing duplicate payment transactions, limiting verification attempts).
3. Sharing with third parties
- Indexing partners (technical partners that perform the actual indexing) - receive the URLs you submit for processing.
- Public blockchain networks (TRON, BNB Smart Chain) - every deposit transaction is publicly visible on-chain (an inherent property of this technology), not something iIndexer controls.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties for advertising purposes.
4. Data retention
We retain your account, transaction, and submitted-URL data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we're required to keep records for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes, or to resolve an open dispute. You can request deletion at any time by contacting [email protected].
5. Your rights
You can request to view, correct, or delete your personal data at any time by contacting [email protected].
If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with similar data protection law, you have the right to:
- Access a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erasure of your personal data, subject to the retention exceptions in Section 4.
- Restriction of how we use your data in certain circumstances.
- Portability - a copy of your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Objection to processing based on legitimate interest, including for fraud prevention.
We process your data on the following legal bases: performance of a contract (operating your account and submitting your URLs for indexing), legitimate interest (fraud detection and service security), and consent (optional marketing email, only if you opt in). To exercise any of these rights, contact [email protected]. If you believe we haven't adequately addressed your request, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
